Free Shipping Minimum Heratique.com offers complimentary standard shipping on all United States orders exceeding $75.
Flat Rate and Additional Shipping Costs All orders $75 and below will be subject to a $5 flat rate. Orders $75 and below shall also be subject to additional shipping costs as noted below.
Order Processing Orders are processed within three to seven business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon the processing and shipment of their order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Heratique.com provides the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is dependent on vendor.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is dependent on vendor, subject to additional charges.
Please be advised that delivery times may vary based on the recipient’s location and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping Fees Heratique.com currently offers international shipping services beyond the United States to Canada and the United Kingdom. Canadian customers will be subject to a minimum fee to cover Canadian tariffs. United Kingdom customers will be subject to a 20% VAT fee standard for UK citizens on all foreign purchases.
International Shipping Rates International customers may receive free shipping on orders over $250, subject to selections. International customers are still subject to all international shipping fees.
Order Tracking Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be utilized to monitor the status of the shipment on our website.
